Free images is what we mean at freeimages-photos.com! High quality photographic images, absolutely free. These stock photos are created with you in mind. Our images are used by bloggers, web designers, newsletter editors, church and synagogues and students of all ages to create a more in depth report on whatever the subject may be.
As a web designer myself, I know how frustrating it can be to find just the right image for a project, especially a free image that is easy to get. That's why I've made this site easy for you to get and use the image you want:

Find the perfect picture to set the mood for your short story or blog entry. Our black and white images are great for reflecting the
emotion of your writing. Or when you need to break up the text and draw the eye into the article. What better way than with an appropriate photo! Your reader wants an idea of what your piece is about before they'll invest a few minutes to read on. Our images let them know if you are writing about inspiration or time management. Or a school paper on dragonflies, a newsletter about your family vacation, condo or community updates.
All images on this site are original digital photos that I have taken myself. I adjust and sometimes make creative adjustment, such as converting to black and white or sepia, to the images to ensure the proper tone and color. I use Adobe Lightroom for most images, with only minor lighting adjustments. When necessary I use Adobe Photoshop (CS3 right now) for more corrective or creating control. The images on this site are saved in the AdobeRGB (1998) color space for optimal print use, at 72 dpi resolution. The downloadable images are usually up to approximately 2500 x 1667 (for horizontal images). The size, or "weight" of the images run between approximately 600 BK and 2 MG. I've take these images with either the Sony F707 or Canon DSLR.

This is what you would call a Mom and Pop Store if you came across us on the street. A photographer used to be able to make some money from their stock photo sales, but with huge sites offering royalty-free images and forcing the costs and payments down, that doesn't really exist anymore. So I'm cutting out the middle man/woman and delivering my personal images directly to you. I say that if the photographer only makes pennies, then why bother? You shouldn't have to pay for web use images either! Our images can only be offered free on this site with your links back to us and advertising on this site.
